Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Costs

All orders will be shipped via U.S.P.S. at a flat rate.

2.Delivery Location

 Ships anywhere in the U.S. Unfortunately we do not ship outside the U.S at this time .

3. Delivery Time

For shipping we will make every effort to fulfill your order within 2-3 business days of the date of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. During high volume time shipping may take 5-7 business days. We ship orders Monday-Friday. Please note we do not ship on weekends and/or holidays. Date of delivery may vary due to the carrier practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for shipping and tracking confirmation sent via email. 

4. Delivery Instructions

Please remember to list your apartment number  during checkout. If failed to do so, once orders are re-shipped back to us you will have to pay shipping again.

5. Incorrect Address

Unfortunately, if you provide an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted. We are not responsible.

6. Lost/Stolen packages

Unfortunately, We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

7. Late Packages

We are not responsible for any late packages that are out of our control. If you have any questions about the delivery of package please contact U.S.P.S directly (1-800-275-8777).

8. No Refunds/Exchanges

There are absolutely NO refunds and/or exchanges. An exchange/refund will only be allowed if you received a damaged item or wrong item. If this happens please contact us at within 48hrs of receiving the item with details of the product and defect. You can send us pictures with the original packaging. If you wear the product and find out its defective afterwards we are not responsible and you cannot exchange and/or receive a refund.


*** Refunds does not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amount refunded will not include the cost of shipping. 


Do not place any last minute orders. Please give yourself enough time to ensure that you'll receive your products before any important event.
